📦 Refund & Store Credit Policy

At Jatanele, we want you to shop with confidence. While we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds at this time, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order.

🛡️ Worry-Free Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We offer optional Worry-Free Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft during transit.

  • This protection typically costs on average $1, based on standard package weight.

  • If selected, your order is eligible for a refund or replacement through the insurance provider.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation and instructions for submitting a claim.

  • Need help? We’re happy to assist with the process.

🚫 If You Did Not Select Insurance

We still want to support you if something’s not right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and you did not opt in for shipping insurance, you may still be eligible for store credit only.

  • All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include the following with your claim:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • Your order number

📏 Size & Fit Policy

Because we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, please refer to our general size chart below before placing your order.

  • Many items follow standard U.S. sizing, but some may vary based on design or material.

  • True-to-fit size charts are also included in the product description when available.

  • We do not issue refunds or store credit for incorrect size selection unless the item is damaged or not as described.

🔁 All Sales Are Final

As a direct-ship boutique, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final unless your order qualifies for store credit due to damage or defect.

  • Store credits are issued as digital gift cards for future use.

  • Orders canceled due to stock availability will be refunded automatically.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, order delays, or stolen/missing items without insurance.
