At Jatanele, we want you to shop with confidence. While we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds at this time, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order.

We currently offer store credit only on eligible items, if reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:
Store credits reflect the dollar amount paid, including any discounts or coupons used at the time of purchase. They are not locked to the original sale price or promotion. Store credit can be applied toward any item, and current pricing (including any new sales or changes) will apply at checkout.

🚫 If You Did Not Select Insurance

We still want to support you if something’s not right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and you did not opt in for shipping insurance, you may still be eligible for store credit only.

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Your order number

Claims submitted after 3 days or without proper documentation may not be approved.

📏 Size & Fit Policy

Many of our styles follow standard U.S. sizing, but fit may vary slightly depending on design, fabric, or silhouette.

We strive to provide fit and fabric info size charts and helpful guidance in our product descriptions.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or preference-related issues

  • Returns for incorrect size selection are not eligible for store credit

  • Some pieces may or may not run slightly roomier for layering or comfort

Everybody is unique. Please check sizing details carefully and contact us through our Contact Form before placing your order if you’re unsure.

🔁 All Sales Are Final

As a direct-ship boutique, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.

All sales are final unless your item qualifies for store credit due to damage or defect.

📝 Additional Notes

  • Store credits are issued as digital gift cards for future use

  • Orders canceled due to stock unavailability will be refunded automatically

  • We do not issue refunds for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Order delays

    • Lost or stolen packages without insurance
